In most communities, being unemployed is worse than having a job even with relatively small salary. Well, if you are in such community, then you had better look for some job vacancies that can give you some money. In order to get the job, you have to be quite updated to job vacancies (lowongan kerja), whether they are the local ones or the nationwide ones. Well, as for the local ones, they are usually easier to be gotten than the nationwide ones. Also, the nationwide ones are usually located in the capital city like Jakarta in Indonesia (lowongan kerja Jakarta). So, if you do not live in the capital city, then it will require a hard work to be able to pass the tests of the nationwide companies.

Well, based on the fact above, if you are limited in mobility, then it is better for you to apply to local companies only. So, if you live in a city like Bandung, then it is better for you to apply to the job vacancies in companies that are located in Bandung (lowongan kerja Bandung). Except if you have high mobility and high ambition, then feel free to apply to nationwide companies that require you to be ready to be placed anywhere in the country.
